TI have been coming to Alief Animal Hospiital on Kirkwood and I have payed close attention to how I am treated compared to other people there the ladies at the front desk seems to be racist I even sent friends there just to see if they get the same treatment as I do my friends said yes the same treatment I have been the first person there and yet the ladies at the desk tell me I that there are 20 people in front of me yet no one is inside and they don’t take appointments how is this true? I hav been going here for almost 20 years. I love the staff and most of the Vets. However I have two awful experiences with the vet Hofsteader the first was maybe 6 years ago and my 9 month old yorkie was attacked by a pit bull. He comes walking in with his Burger King and would not see my puppy. He had surgery after lunch and it was more important than my dog possibly having internal bleeding.
