If I could I would give a zero stars for the unethical business and billing practices. They will give you one price in writing and then try to over-bill you as well as they bill your insurance without your consent! They told me that they don’t accept my insurance, which was a lie, and then proceeded to bill the claim while also accepting full payment on the day of the procedure.
Dr.Alicja is the best dentist in New York,very passionate,professional and dedicated.She did my implants and I love it.I have a beautiful smile right now.Highly recommend her
Beyond Dr. McCruddens expertise, she’s a compassionate dentist who truly cares about her patients. Her hygienist, Joanna, is the best of the best! Exceptional staff that makes you feel welcomed and at ease during some tense moments when needing dental work.
Fraudulent billing and an unethical practice
The office and staff were very pleasant. Dr. McCrudden was very knowledgeable,very nice and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone who needed a periodontist.
