I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I recently experienced. I called to check if a watch is in stock, the person answered the phone was extremely rude and displayed a very arrogant attitude. Instead of listening carefully to my question and trying to help resolve the issue, the lady spoke in a dismissive and condescending manner. Walked in here on a whim, best decision I could've made! The diamond on my engagement ring fell off. When i walked in and explained what happened the lady( can't remember her name) she took me to the back to meet the man VITO! not only did he remount all the diamonds but then he did the impossible and resized my engagement ring, I was told by other jewelers that it couldn't be done. Vito, thank you much!!! it looks like a brand new ring. He's only there on Saturdays!
Must’ve been 15 years since I been to the store. Don’t live in the area anymore. Had my Breitling and Tag Formula battery replaced. Just as helpful and nice as I remembered. Glad they are still there and will be going back for further needs.
