I was disappointed and underwhelmed with my first experience. Some background: I'm 7 months pregnant, with a 15 month old at home, rarely finds the time to pamper myself, and new to the area. You can see the attitude from the remarks to lower ratings. Standoff-ish, was talking loudly to some guy on facetime during one of my appointments, talked about her neighboring business in an unpleasent light. What it serves to leave this review, is to show case your professionalism through your response (Thank you). Running to "false claims" is so sad and obviously nothing has changed since. I have naturally curly hair and moved to Sarasota 4 years ago. I could recount all my horror stories of stylists I went to before I found Alicia, but there is not enough space here to tell my stories. Alicia was a life saver! She is very professional, experienced, and knows how to cut curly hair properly and what to do with it.
