I don't understand why she treated me in such a rude, condescending manner. I was polite and answered her questions to the best of my knowledge. She told me everything I answered was inadequate. I don't work in the medical field; I don't know the specific, scientific names of blood work and tests I have had! Finally, she looked up my chart, and answered her own questions.
