I seen Dr. Ward on 10/11/2024 for the first time and was impressed. I had little to no wait time, doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was ordered an ultrasound the same day and was given my results promptly. Definitely will consider using her again
I was a patient of Dr. Ward for a year or so. On the first visit she never asked me about my health goals, and clearly didn't take time to understand, nor cared to understand, my past health history, twice trying to give me prescriptions that were inappropriate for me. I had to point this out each time, and the doctor became indignant and upset with me when she realized that she had been in the wrong.
