Alicia is very caring & patient. She Answers all my questions and I never feel rushed. Since I first saw Alicia she has helped with so much. Getting me to the right specialist to figure out what was going on and what was needed. It has been about 3 years since I first saw Alicia and I feel better than I have in years thanks to her listening and not just pushing it off as my age.
Alicia Icenhour has been amazing. She takes my concerns seriously and then takes the actions necessary to get me results. I have found great specialists as well through her referrals and am now finally starting to get answers after 10+ years of symptoms, things I thought were normal.. turns out, nope. I have been a patient for a little over a year now and I can honestly say she’s been the best PCP I’ve had. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, I have nothing but nice things to say about this practice.
Always enjoy going to Atrium Health to see Alicia Facilities are always clean and the ladies at the front are always friendly Alicia is always very friendly and talks with you like an old friend and always concerned about what is happening with you
