First time buyer, Alicia was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me, she educated me and got me talking to the right people to get all the answers I needed. We found some great properties, and once we found the one, we made a smart offer, and closed in less than a month from first seeing the place. Alicia was the best realtor to work with. She is so knowledgeable and helped with so many things that I didn't even know a realtor will help with. I was so at ease knowing that I could ask about anything during the process. I had no idea what I was supposed to do but I learned a lot, had some fun, and my house is awesome.
