Extraordinary family physician. Can not say enough good things about her. Somehow in the hellscape current health care with insurance companies making medical decisions; Dr. Cress somehow manages to be thorough, thoughtful, compassionate and highly competent.
Been going there for numerous years. Overall, no problems or issues with immediate staff. Only one irritated me, who was a fill in . She had no business with a syringe. My doctor... one of the best I've ever had. She actually listens. Nurse assistant usually are very good as well. Definitely recommend this location.
Dr. Cress and the staff at her office are exactly as they should be: compassionate and warm, yet thoroughly competent and professional. My family and I have received excellent medical care from Dr. Cress for over 20 years.
