I’ve seen this provider not once but twice on 2 separate occasions in which both were extremely unpleasant and disappointing. I’ve never met a doctor with such a lack of empathy and care for their patient. She has no sense of urgency and she will dismiss your concerns without thoroughly examining you. If I could put 0 stars, I would. Please do not waste your time seeing her.
Professional
The PA left exam room before I could ask her about a 2nd physical issue. When I went to front desk they checked with PA. I was a told to make another appointment. I travel 220 miles round trip to seek medical services. I was not happy with the lack of empathy or professionalism.
Alicia Moreno, PA-C is absolutely wonderful! She’s so kind, sweet, and incredibly friendly. She takes the time to really listen and makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I always leave my appointments feeling supported and well taken care of. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who truly cares! 💕
