I wish I could give her more stars!!! Alicia took time to review my chart as a new patient & discovered that in 2014.... read that again... IN 2014 I should of had my gallbladder removed! I have been having terrible episodes of pain & throwing up which would put me in the HP. She put in for me to get another ultrasound to check my gallbladder but, before I could make it to that appointment I had another episode and ended up in the ER! If I could give zero stars, I would. Twice now Alicia has dismissed my concerns and treated me as less than. Today was the last straw. She completely ignored my concerns, brought up testing for something I have zero symptoms of, mockingly offered testing for “red herring” and then got mad and slammed her paper down when I asked if it would hurt to try a certain medication to help my symptoms. She then rudely told me to “get my stuff”, stormed out of the room, and slammed the paper down on the front desk, told the front desk ... read more
My first visit today so bad I simply asked her that I want to have done an endoscopy and she get bad attitude just for asking about an endoscopy she discriminated me and I’m a citizens as she is 😃 and Best part open the door and told me to get out of the room don’t recommended her to anyone
