I think Alicia means well, but in comparison to other therapists I've spoken with, she isn't as engaging. There were sessions in which I could hear her clicking her mouse on her computer as I spoke, not as though she was taking notes, but just sidetracked. She wouldn't hold a conversation around my history or really ask questions about what I was saying. It felt as though she was just bored.
This woman should NOT be a therapist- will not let anyone speak, condescending, quite unprofessional and unhelpful for kids in therapy. She has to be the rudest, most unfriendly person Ive ever encountered in therapy! Theres a reason shes only on mdlive and consistently unreliable. She should have her credentials removed. The voice of one is the voice of many! Run far!
