THEY ARE STRAIGHT CON ARTIST! These wigs are NOTHING like advertised. I ordered two human hair lace wigs, I received two synthetic wigs that shed immediately upon me opening the package. They will never receive any more business from me and I’ve told everyone I know NOT to buy this mess. Extremely disappointed.
I bought Foxy Lady wig “Toni” at Parker Beauty in Florissant, Missouri. Wasn’t wig shopping but it caught my eye. Toni is a beautiful unit. Feels comfortable looks like my own hair. Love it.
Still had old CRT monitors! Not sure how companies can do business like this almost like it's still 1991. CEO seems to know that change is on the horizon. Out of all the hair places, they are probably the most cooperative when looking to do business with eCommerce although they have miles to go to be proficient at anything nearing modern ecommerce... they'll get there? Good leadership with little resources to do modern biz. Need an English speaker on staff..
The wigs look nothing like the on line pictures. The Curly Heat Hesitate wig looks nothing like the online picture and the text is straight not natural textured. I emailed the Alicia customer service to ask for instructions on how to return the wigs for a refund and was told to sort it out!! I will never order from here again.
They started the business 40 years over that I can trust them whatever I want
