Alicia is a fantastic agent. She is very knowledgeable about finding the correct property that suits your needs. She is an expert negotiator, and will get the best deal possible depending on what the market is doing. She is flexible and will work with you to get all of the things you need to get done in order to make a deal work. I recently purchased a home in Johnsonville, SC and she did a great job. Moved to Myrtle beach and sold me my home she’s trustworthy and wouldn’t go with anyone else had to leave and she sold my home she’s amazing answer’s any questions you have no matter what time it is always by your side wouldn’t go to any other person she’s amazing

Alicia is excellent at what she does! As first time home buyers, my husband and I have not gotten along with any realtors due to how we’ve been treated. Alicia is friendly, kind, and understanding. She is truly a one of a kind and will fight for her clients. A pitbull in her field and we love her for it! I can’t sing her praises high enough! As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about looking at houses. I found a house within budget, called the number, and that’s when I met Alicia. It was a lot older house that she showed me.
