I sent a portal message on 7/21/2025 about stopping a medication🤨 I got a message today saying please assist, yes today on 8/6/2025…lol what am I to assist at..was that for the doctor to assist im so confused. I legit went to the hospital a few days later and they told me why am I even taking it and they gave me a whole new medication. I really don’t understand this practice sending me please assist when the message probably didn’t even go to the doctor..ig I’ll go what another 2 weeks with out a response from these people.... read more
The Dr. and staff are very friendly. Dr. Harbison was knowledgeable of my condition and listened to my concerns.
I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND this office. First of all, when I arrived I did not see Dr. Harbison--no one prior to the appointment communicated this to me at all. I understand things happen and her replacement, Dr. Flores, was fine, I really just needed to see a doctor. It has been a week since then. It is nearly impossible to get through to anyone at the office after you are physically there. I was to call back after a few days if I wasn't improving (ear infection) to get a second med--that took 7 calls. I am on day 6 o... read more
If you need actual help. I don’t recommend. Front desk is inconsiderate and always distracted. Dr. Harbison is sweet but hard to take seriously.
