This is the service you need when you are concerned about your hospital or health care. Alicia knows the health system from top to bottom, she speaks the language, knows how to get doctors to listen and to communicate and knows how to ensure your care (after discharge) should be set up and monitored. She’s very good but she’s not a magician. I wish I’d contacted her earlier before a few problems got as bad as they did.
