I honestly do not understand why there are so many negative reviews. I went to this facility this morning, and from the moment I walked in, the front desk ladies greeted me with smiles and laughter. I cannot remember the last time I experienced that anywhere—so many places these days seem unhappy or rushed. The nurse was also very sweet and kind. She was focused on preparing everything for the doctor, asking questions, taking notes, and making sure everything was ready. Most importantly, Dr. Alicia Benjamin was wonderful. I ... read more
Dr Benjamin is awesome! She took the time to explain every situation with my mother and I in helping her with her medication and her health. Thank you! Dr Benjamin. The staff was very pleasant ☺️

As a faith based facility they failed on patient care
Filed a complaint against this facility . Take improper notes , constantly change medical notes , too much of a telephone game between RN , Doctor , their phone team . Inconsistent
