As a first time customer, I am very disappointed with my experience at Alice Veterinary Centre. I arrived 10 minutes early to my puppies booked appointment on Wednesday 8th October at 12.30pm. The Centre was empty, with no other customers there and I waited 10 minutes and still hadn’t been seen. Another customer arrived at 12.30pm and was called in and seen within a few minutes of arriving. The most wonderful vets. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our long term family dog, from the initial prognosis and options to the home visit, with a very dignified end the practioners were respectful, warm and professional. Thank you for making such a difficult time as gentle as it could be.
