Alice Travel and Talya Rothenberg created a fabulous itinerary for our Scandinavian vacation. It was tailored to our interests, desires, and special needs. Everything ran smoothly and we had the ideal vacation. Our thanks to Talya and everyone who worked too make it happen!
Agreed to VIP service leaving Lisbon airport, and they were unable to provide the service, as they have no agreement with passport group to facilitate bypassing the lines. I would never use them for the service. When called out for not delivering service they showed preamble of not 100% guarantee, not waving the fee for non delivery of the service. I would avoid this company
If Judy is your travel agent make sure to check all your information 2-3 times, maybe even rebook with someone else. She used incorrect information several times, put an incorrect name more than once which required new tickets with absolutely horrible flight times, and lies about her mistakes without even apologizing.

We don’t give 5 stars often but we would give 6 starts to Alice Travel and Stuart Rothenberg and his team. He recently helped us book a cruise overseas for April. Due to the virus we had to cancel and eventually the entire cruise was cancelled. This was a private cruise with several hundred people and a special guest speaker.
