Absolute disgrace of a medical centre, you’re lucky if you see the correct doctor and get help for what you’ve asked for. Wait times are ridiculous, waiting over an hour every time, it’d be faster to go to a walk-in at cairns. Would not recommend to anyone.
I've never had anything but comprehensive, compassionate, caring service from all the staff at Alice Street. From reception to nursing to medical care, they've all shown utmost professionalism.
