Not sure why this business has a few bad reviews,had my car serviced on Tuesday,they dropped me home and also picked me up for free,the workshop is clean and organised,staff in the office were extremely helpful and friendly,I paid 350ish for my 2012 xtrail which I thought was very reasonable and I got a free calendar for 2026,they put a nice air freshener in my car too...I seriously can't fault them and the experience was great,don't read the bad reviews as I believe they aren't accurate at all,not from what I experienced...... read more

Taken 2 vehicles here, both with unresolved problems diagnosed elsewhere on travels. One tricky problem baffling two other mechanics quickly resolved by Alice St Auto when Holden dealership where little help. Other issue still in progress, but at least its moving along and I feel confident they will solve it. They don't overcharge, so far lower repair prices than quoted elsewhere. Definitely the best mechanics I've used.
