Paul went above & beyond to organise a chain & tools to be sent to Ayres Rock to make repairs needed to my motorbike to get me back to QLD! Absolute LEGEND! HIGHLY RECOMMEND....
Paul and the team at Alice Springs diesel repairs are the go to guys for mechanical repairs and services we were travelling through and needed our fuel filter changed on our 200 series cruiser other mechanic's were way to expensive and not very helpful but Paul and the lads sorted it all out for us at a reasonable price, and very knowledgeable. While I don't often write reviews, the level of support provided by Paul and team warranted this. With a check engine light coming on a few hrs south of town and 9000kms left to drive, Paul took the time to have a look and get things sorted when I rocked up one Friday last month just after they opened for the day. His support didn't stop there when he encouraged me to reach out if I had any further issues on the trip as he knew people along the way who he would be able to help get to sort my issue if it continued. Hands down, the best service I have received from a mechanic. I was passing through town and Paul and his crew fit me in the next day replacing my water pump, timing belt, power steering pump and more. Paul is extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable and it is obvious that he has many years of experience. He goes above and beyond and he made sure he got the best price on parts and he got me back on the road as soon as possible.
