Paul went above & beyond to organise a chain & tools to be sent to Ayres Rock to make repairs needed to my motorbike to get me back to QLD! Absolute LEGEND! HIGHLY RECOMMEND....
While I don't often write reviews, the level of support provided by Paul and team warranted this. With a check engine light coming on a few hrs south of town and 9000kms left to drive, Paul took the time to have a look and get things sorted when I rocked up one Friday last month just after they opened for the day. His support didn't stop there when he encouraged me to reach out if I had any further issues on the trip as he knew people along the way who he would be able to help get to sort my issue if it continued. I’m a little late with this one. A year ago we had our motorhome serviced and i cant say enough about the help and advice we received. The owners took the time with us that made us feel as if we were special customers, were quick with service, provided us with lots of local knowledge and provided unsolicited advice on some issues we had with our vehicle. These guys are worth every dollar.
Exceptional service, delightfully friendly, respectful and knowledgeable mechanics. Absolute legends and very good at what they do, they take great pride in the job that they do which I respect and appreciate as I have required there assistance on multiple occasions for fixing my vehicle with things that are well beyond my mechanical expertise and capabilities. Cannot reccomend enough, usually quite busy as can be expected but brilliant Diesel mechanics and good folk in general.
