First, this is not a physician but a ARNP. I have heard her staff refer to her as a doctor. I saw her once & she did help me, but she was astoundingly overbearing & controlling. She ordered a CT scan which posed some risk for me; my physician agreed with me that she would've exposed me to radiation recklessly had I had the scan on the order of a NURSE. Her personality was odious so I tried to avoid her after that first encounter. In an emergency she is better that nothing.
Wouldn't see me 3 times -overbooked, had appt. Lied on 6 different occasions on RX's she had OK'd. Dropped care without notice or explanation when severly ill with cellulitis and kidney failure and depending on her for disability.
Alice cares a lot about her patients. She is easy to talk to and clearly answers questions. She is also easy to get a hold of.
