Took in a pair of boots to be repaired. They almost looked new when I picked them up. Quality work done here.
Gone here one other time and the elderly man helped me. I believe him and his family are the current owners and have been for almost a century. Service was satisfactory. However, I went in 5/21 for a 2nd visit to drop a pair of shoes off for a simple cleaning and the slender dark haired woman working at 11:30am was very hesitant on even taking them almost as if she would have to do it herself.
