We first reached out when our daughter was in Grade 3; although they were busy, Courtney in the front office was excellent at keeping us updated and ensured we were notified as soon as a spot opened up. Gillian conducted the assessment and was incredibly supportive, making the entire process feel easy and comfortable for our daughter. I was refused psychological assessment services for my 17 y/o daughter on ASD. I was looking for the assessment for my daughter to access services via DSO. I am disturbed to see that the clinic made a decision without even seeing or meeting my child? Atleast show some effort that you care about people.
