I had a very disappointing experience at Alice Peck Day’s ER. I came in for a specific issue, but the visit shifted away from the reason I was there and I left feeling like my main issue was not properly addressed. I understand that emergency departments are busy, but patients still deserve to feel heard, taken seriously, and given clear follow-up when their concerns are not resolved. Clean, wheelchair accessible, elevators, easy accessible handicap restrooms. Easy checkin and seating.

Wonderful experience start to finish! Super efficient and caring staff and nurses. Dr Babineau was particularly kind and patient- very grateful for the care I received here!

I have no use for this place I thought they were it rather than have a procedure in my own home town in Vt I went with here and for a year and a half I ran back and forth try this try that first getting tests done to make sure it was my S Joint,doing PT for 3 months,injections to make sure its the spot to be told that my pain level isn't a 10 24 hours a day and now im back to having surgery in my own State ye waste of time,money,and torture is how I see it so back to my bed till I move forward with a more professional office... read more
