I made an emergency appointment here for my son after he was having severe tooth pain. His previous dentist advised they could not seen him for several days and I was very upset because how do you explain to a 6 year old they have to wait and deal with that kind of pain. They saw me the next morning and were able to fix the problem that day! They were so good with him, and told him a story during the whole procedure to keep him calm.
