This attorney was hired by the non custodial mother of my son. she has adopted her clients daughter who is half sibling to my son. when asked abut the adoption she lied to the court untill I surfaced adoption paper work and she was to exit the case. 5 years later she back in the game on the case! she fights and bullies me and in court to no end. you would think she would be a conflict of interest to the case. Ms. McQuaid was hired to represent my daughter in a divorce. She received a retainter of $2500.00 from my 75 year old mother so she could begin the case which was in January of 09. My daughter decided against the divorce after the complaint was filed and Ms. McQuaid was to return the remaining balance of the retainer back to my mother as of June 09.
