Last time I will take my mom to see Dr.Kim Alice I get my mom appointment and lady checking us in is on phone 10 minutes later she checks my mom in ,while waiting she comes back out to say the doctor has to leave and can we do video appointment no ! We just drove 30 minutes away and she was late because no staffing to check us in! My mom won’t be going back to her!
I have been a patient of Dr Kim for a number of years. I appreciate that she is thorough, efficient and trusts me to be a partner in my healthcare. She treats me for a couple of conditions and after having seen other endocrinologists over the years, I have never felt better about the management of my conditions.
It was truly the worst experience. when I made the phone call to reschedule,the receptionist woman acted as if she couldn't understand me. She insisted I give her my first name which I did. She made me repeat myself multiple times and still couldn't get my name. She wanted my phone number which I then provided. She insisted it was not in her records, but in the end the number I gave was correct. She was very controlling the entire time, nitpicking every detail.
