It was truly the worst experience. when I made the phone call to reschedule,the receptionist woman acted as if she couldn't understand me. She insisted I give her my first name which I did. She made me repeat myself multiple times and still couldn't get my name. She wanted my phone number which I then provided. She insisted it was not in her records, but in the end the number I gave was correct. She was very controlling the entire time, nitpicking every detail. Don't bother if you are new to your diagnosis or if you're actually concerned with your health. To difficult for any real help.
I have a history of hypercalcemia; a little over a year ago, I had 3.5/4 of my parathyroid glands removed. Recently, I have been exhausted and experiencing similar symptoms. When I asked to have my calcium levels checked plus a blood panel to see what else could be causing this, she got mad at me because she is the doctor. I take my father to see Dr. Kim, the wait time in office is long not to mention if you call and try to get an app or refills, good luck. I have left a message a few days ago because there was no answer and up to this day no one called me. I tried calling multiple times only to get the voicemail and when someone answered the phone I was put on hold for 20minutes, so I gave up. Switching Dr and hopefully get a better place. Now Dr. Kim is nice but I feel she doesn’t take the time to look into the pt history and as a doctor try... read more
The staff is horrible. Long wait times both on the phone and in the office. Then being ignored by the front office staff only to be rushed by the Doctor.
