Yes the website says to make the appointment online. But after speaking with someone directly over email and requesting day and time, couldn’t simply reply to an email to tell me my appointment was not booked. Drove all the way from the suburbs and was in town for only a few days. Lady on the phone acted like she couldn’t care less and didn’t offer any help.

I had the BEST time getting my wedding dress with Kellie!! She made me feel immediately comfortable and listened to help me figure out what I wanted in a dress. The one I ended getting and falling in love with was actually one that I wouldn’t have chosen on my own, but Kellie listened to my reactions and pulled some options she thought I would like and she totally got it right. Such a special moment made even better by her help!

I can't rave enough about how much I LOVED my experience at Alice In Ivory. The studio is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful from the moment you walk in. Tara is EVERYTHING. She is knowledgable, kind, helpful, among many, many other things. She was able to take my scattered vision and guide me towards my dream wedding dress. I impulsively made an appointment with Alice in Ivory and I am so glad I did. I went by myself and Haley was the stylist I worked with. She sat and listened to me talk about my life, fiancé and what I was looking for in a dress. Then, she pulled dresses based on what I told her and showed her. She really hit it out of the park. Lindsey was awesome to work with. I knew what I wanted and messaged the shop, and they got right back to me. They were fully transparent on cost, process and timeline to make sure I got my dream dress on order in time for my wedding day. I am so glad I made a special trip down from Milwaukee to Alice in Ivory bridal! I cannot wait for my dress!
