This walk-in clinic was not good. It took 30 minutes for them to call people into the office at the opening, and they did not take patients in the order they arrived. The doctor was not great.
If there was a zero star rating option, that’d be the one I’d choose. Can’t even get a doctors note for work because they can’t “confirm” that I was there or because I wasn’t on my girlfriends contact listen, even when she called and requested it and confirmed I wasn’t there, they still said no- what petty behavior that is, then to say “have a good day” and just hang up is the cherry on top. Can’t confirm that I was last night, even when the patient is telling you.
Can’t even fathom how this place is still operational, would rather perish in the parking lot walking past it than have anyone here touch me. This is nothing more than an urgent care kept to relieve the patient traffic on actual medical facilities with minimal help, bedside manner or any confidentiality. Go to leave the hospital and everyone knows what’s wrong with you before you even get home. A great place to go if you don't expect empathy, integrity, decency or any other admirable trait. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go to Massena or any other hospital that will treat you like a human being.
This is without a doubt the WORST health care facility in upstate NY. Everyone that you talk to has horror stories about it. There are probably a few exceptions but the emergency room is primarily staffed by a bunch of "welfare to work" nurses. These people are arrogant and vulgar. Low class, inept , what a shame and embarrassment this dive is to the community.
