Dr. Huang and staff (especially Diane at reception) have all been very kind and helpful. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years (I know, shame on me) but they made me feel at ease. Diane at front desk is very kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you understand and are comfortable with any billing or insurance questions. Dr. Huang is very polite and knowledgeable! I'm generally very anxious to visit the dentist but Dr. Huang and her staff were so kind, patient, and skillful that I had a really positive experience. Diane at reception had excellent customer service skills, and my hygienist was gentle and knowledgeable. Dr. Huang took the time to explain my exam in detail and answer every one of my many questions. I also did not feel squeezed financially and altogether came away feeling confident and trusting. Such a great office! Super clean, staff is nice, caring and very professional. My experience here was the best I ever had 10/10. Both Dr. Huang and my hygienist Kitzia were very detailed and I felt very cared for. I came to this office as a cash pay patient and can say I will keep coming back and paying for the services because their quality speaks for itself. Thank you to the entire team.
Everyone is awesome, and just so friendly. Make me feel like I’m family even when I have to trying my baby while getting a cleaning. They are just the best. My teeth are so clean, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences
