Words can’t even express how much I appreciate Rob & Josh to work on my vehicle even when they were about to close but still stayed open to get me back on the road safely, they went above & beyond. I won't be able to say enough words to describe how outstanding the guys in this shop are. It's a shame I'm only allowed to give 5 stars because they easily deserve 10! After leaving one of the predatory tire shops there in town, I made it to Alice Auto Mechanic right as they were getting ready to close up for the day. Took my car in for a mechanical diagnosis and the mechanic wanted me to replace a UNBROKEN alternator!! never take your car to this place for any mechanical diagnosis... Lucky for me the dealership was able to diagnosis the problem correctly and get my car fixed.
