I had a fantastic experience with Dr Matthew Callaway, really he is very professional and kind, I truly recommend him. Thanks to the clinic as well because they gave me an appointment slot and the doctor came from Darwin ahead of time to see me.
Very dissapointing experience. I am permanently on the road and phoned ahead to find out weather alice Audiology could assist with a part for my hearing aid. After lengthly convesations and identification of the part they confirmed that I could get assistance at Alice Springs. Gone out of my way get there only to be told that they do not have a part and cannot assist me.
