Listen, I will be escalating my complaints to State authorities because clearly this business has predatory practices and unethical acts. I will never invest a penny in this business in the future. Absolutely horrible, morally concerning, and simply unprofessional. Last year I had my hair braided twice at this salon. I’ve been maybe 5 times and only once have they ever did my hair the way I wanted it ,, or asked for. Last time I was there I asked for MEDUIM knotless box braids,, Alice did them EXTRA small and they just looked so ugly ! I only had them in for 2 DAYS before I took them out ! 250$ WASTED ! I found a better hair bradinf just around the corner PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ,, trust me there’s is better !
