I try to give the benefit of the doubt but yesterday was truly awful. I made my appointment days ago and asked the OWNER to do my hair she said no problem I get there and she has a 19 year old girl braiding my hair no a big problem cause she can braid. Then I had to wait for the other girl to finish another clients hair to finish mine. All while the owner took a nap on the couch. I spent $180 to do some twists and I had showed them the hair inspiration. I was told that they could do it and they completely played in my hair. I feel as if I wasted my money and I definitely regret doing my hair there. I hope that you won't make the same mistake by getting your hair done by them.
