Great food, atmosphere, drinks, and friendly and fast service
Great place off the main drag in Truckee. Friendly, casual atmosphere. Courteous, professional staff. Good variety on menu and vegan option was especially good. Bratwurst was reported as very good, as well.
What a great brewery! ...and they actually know how to make malty beers, which is often a hard thing to find on the West Coast, where even when a brewery tries to make a continental style beer (like a Helles or Pils), they make it too hoppy. But not Alibi. I had several malty beers and loved them all. And for our hoppy friends, they do those well too.
