SO HAPPY! Aliber's staff and attention to detail was just what I needed to make my day amazing. They were with me the whole process and didn't make any promises they couldn't keep while still doing their best to make my dreams come true!! I would recommend this place for you wedding gown and would ask for Cristen! She's the best!
Best customer service! As a plus sized bride my options are limited, or so I thought! During my first appointment there was no pressure to walk out with a gown. For my second appointment Cristen made sure there were more options for me to try! And I found my gown! All of the ladies in the shop are super sweet. My sister even said she's disappointed we didn't know about this shop when she was getting married. I completely recommend Aliber's!
I just had the most disgraceful experience. This shop is posted at being open 10 to 3 on Saturdays. After driving all the way to thr location and paying to park, this location wasn't even open. Their hours sign even said 10 to 3, with no other posted sign as to why they were closed or returning. A completely infuriating experience. Don't trust this store or their hours. Don't waste your time with the trip. A complete slap in the face to common courtesy and the world of customer service.
