Do not go anywhere else if you live in Loudoun County VA. I went to the T-Mobile store and a cellphone repair shop in the Ashburn Village Mall and was sorely disappointed. I have a Samsung Note 8 which refused to charge via USB anymore. It had become hit or miss on whether the phone would charge overnight or not.
