We recently needed to have our Zodiac Pool Robot Serviced, we had great service from Ian who delivered personally to us in the Southern Highlands, quick service with a smile.
Ian was fantastic and easy to deal with. He was clear in communication, both before and during the servicing of our robotic pool cleaner. He fitted it in due to our circumstance at last minute, which surpassed my expectations. Definitely recommend ALIAS and will be using Ian’s services again
Ian was great, promptly fixed my cleaner and even proactively changed my broken handle without me even needing to ask - highly recommend Alias for your pool cleaner needs.
