I just wanted give my experience working with or an attempt to work with this barbershop. I made a booking Sunday July 5th at 9am. My booking was confirmed. The next day I get up and decide to take an Uber to my appointment. I get a message while I'm already in the Uber on my way there. I get a message saying that an emergency came up and my appointment is going to be canceled. Mind you I'm already on the way there and it's 8:38am. I get another message saying can you do 9:20am? Alejandro has been my barber for over a year. You pay for what you get, I’ve always been a strong believer in that. Having a job that requires you to have a haircut every week, you can see the difference in quality of cut when it comes to price point. There are times where my schedule doesn’t align with Alejandro’s and he’s very understanding and will have one of his barbers give me a cut and it comes out great. Great barbershop vibe all around, it’s very welcoming and family friendly.
Alejandro is truly a master of his craft. He will make you look amazing for any special event. He will consistently ask to make sure he gets the cut just the way you want it. He has incredible customer service and is always punctual with his appointments. The other barbers seem to always leave their clients super satisfied. So next time you need a cut visit and let Alejandro know Nabil sent you.
