Dealing with the technicians was a pleasure. They are knowledgeable and explain things well. Trying to call the office and speak with someone on the other hand is very difficult. From getting my central unit diagnosed to actually getting fixed was 3 plus weeks with me having to reach out personally to set up the appointment. It was very frustrating. If I was asked a couple weeks ago to give a rating it definitely would have been different, I am pleased now that my unit and fixed and I have central air again.
I can't think of 1 positive thing to say about this company. Edit: Your company was assigned my warranty service for a mini split. This shouldn't be to complicated for you to figure out. I called your company daily for weeks and left messages with anyone I could get a hold of, just trying to get an update and you never called, never updated. After a number of estimates for a new Heat Pump system we chose Alliance HVAC. Their price was competitive and we liked the size of the system they offered, not to mention being close by to our location. We are very pleased we did so! Communication was always prompt with Bill and he took the time to answer our questions and address our needs.
