*UPDATED* Lots of details but the short of it is: I paid for a package deal. They have since quit responding when I tired to book an appointment so I can’t use what I paid for and they refuse to give a refund, among other concerns. They reach on on IG and offer a free laser hair session so they get content out of people to make them seem legit. They are not. Come to find out the girls don’t go back for a variety of reasons. I had such an amazing experience!! It was painless, quick, and relaxing! I highly recommend this medspa! It was very nice and clean! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable with any questions I had! I’m ready to book my next appointment with me! Very happy with my results!
