Grandpa died, acted like it was another day in the office. Came in to tell us how sometimes pancreatic biopsies will cause pancreatitis, and that they’d continue to monitor him, hoping he’d get better. ICU doctors stopped him MID-conversation and walked him out in the hall to correct him, ICU docs came back in to tell us the truth/that he was near death. Died about 4 hours later. Incompetence. No apology, no corrections, no comments, never saw the guy again!
Dr. Zakaria was so informative and put me at ease, made the visit very comfortable. Interested in my concerns and fears. Developed a plan, his nurse was equally great!
Dr. Zakaria is very thorough and engaging to make sure I completely understand the problem we were dealing with. He is very professional at the same time. The staff and his nurse Chantel were also streamlined and professional.
