Called and texted and no response.
I called on Wednesday and spoke with Lauren about possibly getting a perm and haircut. She let me know she wasn't comfortable doing a perm due to my hair length and told me she would refer me to someone who could (still has not) but which I completely understood. I then told her I was still very interested in booking a haircut instead. Unfortunately, after that, my messages were left on read for two days. just had a pretty bad phone experience. In a rush… I went to great clips and ended up a little chopped. LOL whoopsies! Bad idea but it’s not the end of the world - I called Ali Veis to see if they could help improve this haircut. I explained my situation to the woman on the phone & mentioned great clips - asking if they could do a corrective haircut.
