Had to chase him up multiple times for an insurance estimate which i was told was faulty hardware. Then bizzarrely when the insurer called to confirm with them, they were told I had dropped it in water ?!

Service was amazing, professional, prompt and reasonably priced. My lightning cable became jammed in my ipad (due to falling off a tall shelf). A piece had broken off and was stuck inside the socket. Other locations quoted 4X than the cost that I was charged by Ali for repair. I recommend this business very highly.
