I hired him to handle my case, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I found them to be untruthful and untrustworthy. The office staff are not responsible at all. Clients have to pay for every single thing, even things that shouldn’t be charged for! Unfortunately, we found this out too late. They don’t check their emails. I always had to call them to follow up. They didn’t give me my ID number to follow up on my file myself.
