my first two experiences with Dave Kimpel were fine, they were simple clear cut closing on a house. My most recent experience with Dave had caused me to recommend people not use this firm or him. HE blatantly ignored questions in emails and getting responses back from him was almost impossible unless i put in there please respond by end of business day.
