Maybe they read their earlier reviews and made some changes, because I can say that the front desk & medical assistant, Sonia, has a big heart and wants to help patients. There were small kindnesses that she didn't have to take and I appreciated her very much. Dr. Nayyer Ali took thorough notes, listened well and was able to carefully prescribe a strategy to help me that worked.

I think doctors sometimes forget that their clinic support staff represents their office and ultimately, their brand. The doctor I saw was alright. He could have been more curious and investigative with his approach, but I gave him a pass as he was seeing many patients at the time. Despite coming early to my appointments, I still had to wait nearly half an hour to actually get into an exam room and then see the doctor. I think he picked his office help from the home depot back lot. You need your head examined if you ever risk this dump

Front office staff was rude, constantly interrupting me when I tried to speak to them, on the phone, and in person.
