I suffered from having a stricture in my ureter from a large kidney stone. Unfortunately the stricture was in a area that needed a highly trainined specialist to repair. No one in my immediate area fit that bill. I feel very fortunate to have found this gentlemen via a referral from my local urologist. Dr. Ali Moinzadeh recently completed a robotic bilateral ureteral reconstruction with buccal mucosa graft cystoscopy JJ stent exchange. He has shown exceptional surgical skill to execute this complex procedure. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to my health were evident throughout my time under his care. I can not express enough how grateful I am for him and his team at Lahey Hospital.

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer a year ago. My hours of research informed me that in order to have a successful outcome I should choose a surgeon who performs my type of surgery frequently. My search led me to Dr. Moinzadeh. My surgery and recovery from radical prostatectomy could not have been better. I did not experience any of the post op issues which can effect quality of life. Dr.Moinzadeh is a phenomenal gifted surgeon and perhaps equally important a caring wonderful physician.
My experience with Dr. Moinzadeh and everyone at the Urology Institute at Lahey Health has been fantastic. I would highly recommend them all. Dr. Moinzadeh was prompt and thorough with my post-op visit. My wait time was less than 2 minutes to be brought into the exam room and he came right in after the nurse was finished taking vitals, etc. He asked good questions and had reviewed my chart to be familiar with my post-op care plan with other MD's.
